In the early morning, before the dew has dispersed and the sun gently peeks over the horizon, casting a reddish hue across the sky. In the tea gardens, a gentle breeze brushes past, coaxing a faint fragrance from the tea leaves. With hopeful anticipation, tea farmers quietly enter the gardens to pluck the tender, green new shoots. As the tea leaves are gently picked, their aroma gradually intensifies in the air, as if the earth itself is calling forth the arrival of morning. In this moment, the beauty of

中興製茶廠開創於民國72年（西元1983年），從民國70年開始實際參與茶葉生產製造三十餘年以及農業改良場相關課程，因而累積對茶的知識及豐富經驗，並將其技術傳承於下一代接手經營茶園管理，茶葉採收，茶葉精製，到茶葉烘焙，茶葉銷售等事宜。
Chung Hsing Tea Factory was established in the 72nd year of the Republic of China (1983 AD). Starting from the 70th year of the Republic of China, it has been actively involved in tea production and manufacturing for over three decades, along with participating in agricultural improvement programs. Through these endeavors, it has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in tea cultivation, tea leaf harvesting, tea refining, tea roasting, and tea sales. This expertise has been passed down to the next generation to manage tea plantation operations seamlessly.
由於茶廠逐漸老舊、技術不斷創新、茶量倍增，於民國97年（西元2008年）新建立中興製茶廠，茶廠外四面山巒連綿，空氣清新，孕育出獨特的台灣高山靈氣，專業生產製造阿里山珠露-高山茶。
Due to the aging infrastructure of the tea factory, ongoing technological innovations, and a doubling in tea production, a new Chung Hsing Tea Factory was established in the 97th year of the Republic of China (2008 AD). Located amidst the Four Beasts Mountain, the factory benefits from fresh air and nurtures the unique spiritual essence of Taiwan's high mountains. Specializing in the production of Alishan Zhu Lu - high mountain tea, the factory continues to uphold its commitment to quality and
innovation.
