阿里山位於台灣嘉義縣,素以優質茶葉聞名。當地茶農藉得

天獨厚的地理環境和氣候條件,結合世代傳承的技術,精心種

植與製作高山茶。阿里山茶葉生長在海拔1000至1500公尺的高

山上,受到雲霧環繞,日夜溫差大,使茶葉品質特別優越。茶

農們秉持對品質的堅持與專業,不斷改良栽種方式、嚴選茶種

,並採用手工採摘的方式,以確保每片茶葉的最佳狀態。

Alishan, located in Chiayi County, Taiwan, is renowned for its

premium tea. Local tea farmers take advantage of the region’s

unique geographical environment and climatic conditions,

combined with generational expertise, to carefully cultivate

and produce high mountain tea. Alishan tea grows at an elevation

of 1,000 to 1,500 meters, surrounded by mist and clouds. The large

temperature difference between day and night contributes to the

exceptional quality of the tea leaves. With a commitment to quality

and professionalism, tea farmers continuously improve cultivation

methods, meticulously select tea varieties, and hand-pick each leaf

to ensure optimal quality in every batch.

製茶過程從採摘、萎凋、揉捻、發酵到烘焙,均需高度專業技術及

豐富經驗。茶農們經過長時間反覆試驗,創造出獨特的阿里山茶風

味,香氣濃郁、滋味甘醇,茶湯清亮。阿里山茶因其高標準的製茶

技藝而深受消費者喜愛,多次在國際茶葉比賽中榮獲大獎,成為台

The tea-making process, from harvesting, withering, rolling, fermenting

to roasting, requires advanced technical skills and extensive experience.

Through long-term experimentation and refinement, tea farmers have

created a unique Alishan tea flavor, characterized by its rich aroma,

mellow taste, and clear tea liquor. Alishan tea is highly regarded by

consumers for its high-standard production techniques and has won

numerous awards in international tea competitions, becoming one

of Taiwan's representative high mountain teas. This dedication and professionalism make Alishan tea not just an agricultural product

From cultivation to production, every tea leaf undergoes strict quality control and inspection. Tea farmers insist on hand-picking and selecting only premium tea buds to ensure that each leaf meets the ideal standard. Professional artisans closely monitor the process to maintain consistent tea quality. After production, the tea must pass a rigorous inspection to confirm that its aroma, flavor, and liquor color all meet the required standards before it can be packaged and sold. This meticulous quality control and inspection ensure that consumers enjoy only the finest tea leaves.
